FAQ
Answers to the questions families typically ask before booking.
Is this legal advice or legal representation?
No. NJ School Resolution provides general educational-process guidance and strategic orientation.
We do not represent clients, do not appear on behalf of clients, and do not provide legal advice.
If you need legal representation, consult a licensed attorney.
Do you handle IEP / special education disputes?
No. This service is focused on discipline and general administrative school disputes (non-IEP).
If your matter is primarily special education/IEP-based, consult an appropriate advocate or attorney.
What should I have ready for the call?
A timeline, any notices (suspension letter, investigation notice, hearing notice), and key documents (emails, policy references, meeting notes).
Even if you don’t have everything, we can still orient your next steps.
How quickly can I book?
Availability depends on the calendar. Most families book because timelines are tight—if you have a hearing or meeting approaching,
book the first available slot and prepare your documents in advance.
Refunds / rescheduling?
Add your final refund/reschedule policy here. Stripe typically expects a clear policy before live payment links.
For now, keep this section and fill it in before you switch to production.
